We will be happy to replace or exchange the item for one of similar value. Or a store credit can be applied until you find a product that will meet your needs. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE with a $5.00 service charge deducted. All returns are ONLY accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged or defective, Simply eGalleria will replace the item with an identical item or with another item of the same or lesser value and will pay for ALL shipping costs.
Card Return Refunds
The only time a credit card is refunded will be permitted is when an item is ordered and becomes out of stock or if you are totally dissatisfied with our product quality. If you are returning a product due to dissatisfaction and want a refund, a $5.00 service fee will be retained to cover all credit card processing fees.
If an item is returned and it is not defective due to dissatisfaction or any other reason, it will be returned at OUR expense and the customer is NOT responsible for ANY shipping costs, however, a $5 processing fee may occur.
We are NOT the manufacturer, however, if you received a product from any other retailer and are willing to pay ALL shipping costs, we will be glad to exchange your defective product. Your defective item will need to mailed to us prior to us shipping the replacement item to you.
